Please follow the instructions below to ensure your flowers arrive safely.

Ensure your flowers are completely dry or that you are sending faux flowers. This process is only for these types of flowers.

-Place your bouquet securely in a sturdy box. Ensure there is enough padding around the flowers to prevent any movement during transit. Bubble wrap, packing paper, or foam peanuts work well for this purpose.

-Include a note with your order number inside the package. This will help us match your flowers with your order quickly and efficiently.

-You can send your package via ground shipping. There is no need for next-day shipping.

-Once shipped, please email us the tracking number at hello@bloomsake.com so we can monitor its progress.

-Please do not ship your bouquet to us if you have not placed your order. We are unable to start the preservation process unless there is an order in our system.
