How do I send my flowers?
If you're local to Houston, you can schedule a drop-off appointment after placing your order. For clients outside of Houston, we recommend UPS Overnight shipping β please use UPS only, as we have trouble receiving FedEx and USPS packages. See our full shipping guide here.
How long does the preservation process take?
Our current turnaround time is 6β12 months from when we receive your flowers. Each piece is handcrafted with care, so we take the time needed to make sure your keepsake is everything you envisioned.
Can I choose the design or layout?
Yes! All main pieces include 2 complimentary design previews so you can approve the look before it's finalized. Smaller items such as jewelry and ornaments do not include a design preview.
Do you accept flowers from all occasions?
Absolutely. We preserve blooms from weddings, memorials, anniversaries, graduations, and any other meaningful occasion. If your flowers hold sentimental value, we'll help you keep them beautifully preserved.
What happens if my flowers arrive damaged?
If your flowers arrive with damage from shipping, we'll assess their condition and discuss the best options with you. In many cases we can work around minor imperfections or incorporate replacement blooms that match your originals.
Are your materials eco-friendly and safe?
We use high-quality, professional-grade resin and framing materials that are non-toxic once cured. Whenever possible, we choose suppliers and methods that minimize environmental impact without compromising quality or longevity.
