Return & Exchange Policy
Ready-Made Items:
Customers have a period of 14 business days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange for ready-made items purchased from Bloomsake LLC. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unopened and unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Custom Pieces:
All custom pieces are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We take special care in creating personalized items tailored to your preferences, hence, regretfully, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these bespoke creations.
Damaged Items:
In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@bloomsake.com. Kindly include your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We'll work swiftly to address the issue and find a satisfactory resolution.
Order Cancellations:
Order cancellations can be accommodating a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
