Do I need to place an order before booking a drop-off appointment?
Not yet? No problem โ you're welcome to come in, take a look at our preservation styles in person, and place your order right here at bloomsake.com. We just need an order number on file before we can begin drying or preserving your flowers.
What should I bring to my drop-off appointment?
Bring your fresh flowers as-is โ no need to trim or prep them ahead of time.
Can someone else drop off or pick up my order?
Yes. If someone else is dropping off or picking up on your behalf, please book the appointment under the name on the original order so we can match it to your file.
How will I know when my order is ready for pick-up?
We'll reach out by email or text once your keepsake is complete and ready to be picked up. At that point you can book your pick-up appointment through the link above.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
No problem โ you can reschedule or cancel directly through the Calendly confirmation link in your booking email. If you run into any issues, reach out to us at hello@bloomsake.com and we'll get it sorted.
Is parking available at the studio?
Yes, free parking is available on-site. Our studio is located at 4502B Highway 6 N, Houston, TX 77084. Look for the suite entrance and feel free to text us when you arrive.
